Who are we
We are a new growing team which established early this year with experience in the sales industry that we are now looking to use within our serviced accomodation business to grow in our local area of Suffolk.
Our Services
We offer high end services not just to our guests but also to our landlords. Whether this be strong communication with the guests to ensure they have a smooth arrival and end to their stay or quick communication to the landlord if ever needed in the case of any damage that needs to be sorted. We will also be dealing with: Monthly profits, Liasing with the cleaners, Liasing with a maintenance team and Ensuring a smooth stay for all guests.
When listing your property we will take great care in ensuring to aim at the correct market depending on the size, style and location of your property. If it's going to appeal more for a short term stay like a guest on a business trip or a longer term stay for a couple or family looking for a week get away trip. We'll do this to help maximise occupancy and profit.
Our Team
So far the team consists of myself with near 2 years experience in the sales industry and with a young mind looking to bring new and fresh ideas to the market of serviced accomodation to help both new and experienced landlords grow their profits with a more relaxed approach for their self with less involvement and hassle but potential of higher returns. I do look to grow and eventually build the team to explore new areas within the market and increase the number of landlords we work with.
